Topping up for a team or a list?
Send airtime or data to up to 100 numbers in one batch, and track how many were delivered, failed or are still pending.
If something goes wrong
Every purchase has a status you can check
Providers sometimes fail or reply slowly. Here is what each status means and what to do.
Pending
The provider has not replied yet. The amount stays reserved in your wallet and you are notified when it finishes. Do not buy again while it is pending.
Failed
The provider confirmed it could not complete the purchase. The reserved amount is returned to your wallet automatically.
Successful, but not received
Report it with the reference from your transaction history. We check with the provider and, if it was not delivered, credit your wallet.
