How it works
Step 1: Choose a network
Pick the network the recipient's line is on.
Step 2: Select a plan
Each plan shows its data size, validity and the price you pay.
Step 3: Enter the phone number
The data is sent to this number.
Step 4: Confirm with your PIN
The purchase is sent to the provider straight away.
What you need
- An Ayamaz account and a wallet balance that covers the plan price.
- The recipient's phone number, on the network you selected.
- Your 4-digit transaction PIN.
After you confirm
- The plan price is reserved in your wallet while the provider confirms the bundle.
- If the provider is slow to reply, the purchase shows as pending and finishes in the background. You get a notification when it does.
- You get a receipt with a reference number.
If a purchase is pending or fails
If the provider confirms that a bundle failed, the amount goes back to your wallet automatically. If a purchase shows as successful but the bundle did not arrive, report it with the reference from your transaction history.
Questions about data
What is the difference between SME, Corporate Gifting and Direct data?
They are different ways a bundle is delivered, and they can carry different prices and restrictions set by the network. The app shows which types are available for the network you choose.
How long is a bundle valid?
Validity is set by the network and shown on each plan. It can be daily, weekly or monthly depending on the plan.
Why can't I see a plan I saw earlier?
Plans can be paused or changed when a provider changes them. The app always shows the plans that are available at that moment.
