How it works
Step 1: Choose airtime or data, and a network
A batch is sent on one network.
Step 2: Add your recipients
Add numbers one by one or import a list. The app flags invalid numbers, numbers on the wrong network and duplicates.
Step 3: Set the amount
For airtime, set a default amount and change it for individual numbers if you need to. For data, pick one plan for everyone.
Step 4: Review, confirm and track
Check the total, confirm with your PIN, then follow progress on the batch screen.
What you need
- An Ayamaz account and a wallet balance that covers the whole batch.
- Valid phone numbers, all on the network you chose for the batch.
- Your 4-digit transaction PIN.
After you confirm
- The batch is processed in the background. The batch screen shows how many numbers were delivered, failed or are still pending.
- Each recipient has its own status, so you can see exactly which numbers did not go through.
- Failed numbers are marked as failed. Reversed amounts go back to your wallet, as explained in the Refund Policy.
If a purchase is pending or fails
Bulk batches finish over time, so some numbers can show as pending for a while. Wait for the batch to finish before re-sending to any number, so no one is topped up twice. If a number shows as delivered but the recipient did not receive it, report it with the batch reference.
