How it works
Step 1: Choose your provider
DStv, GOtv, StarTimes or Showmax.
Step 2: Enter your smartcard or IUC number
The app verifies it and shows the account name.
Step 3: Pick a package
Each package shows its price before you confirm.
Step 4: Confirm with your PIN
The renewal is sent to the provider.
What you need
- Your smartcard or IUC number.
- An Ayamaz account and a wallet balance that covers the package.
- Your 4-digit transaction PIN.
After you confirm
- The package price is reserved in your wallet while the provider confirms the renewal.
- When it succeeds, you get a receipt with a reference number.
- If the provider is slow to reply, the purchase shows as pending and finishes in the background.
If a purchase is pending or fails
If the provider confirms a failure, the amount goes back to your wallet automatically. If your subscription does not update after a successful purchase, report it with the reference. Do not pay again while a purchase is still pending.

Which packages can I buy?
The app shows the packages that are available for your provider when you open the service. Packages and prices can change when the provider changes them.
How long until my decoder updates?
Timing depends on the provider. Your receipt confirms that the provider accepted the renewal. If it has not updated, contact support with the reference.
